The Development Services Department is responsible for overseeing the activities of the following divisions by providing administrative and leadership support:

• Building Services
• Code Enforcement
• Planning & Development  

The Director of Development Services is Bryan Cobb. In addition to work program development and administration, the Administrative staff represents the City:

• At community meetings
• Serves as liaison with Seminole County
• Serves as liaison with the School Board and other cities
• Participates in various Regional, State, and Legislative committees.
