The City of Oviedo requires anyone who is performing any work on any City owned property to provide the following forms of insurance:

    * General Liability
    * Automobile Liability
    * Worker’s Compensation

The amount of the coverage for each of these forms of insurance depends on the total dollar value of the contract. Please read the ITB or RFP specifications and check with your insurance agent to make sure that you comply with all of the City’s insurance requirements before submitting your quote, bid or proposal.
