New Service
You can establish your new utility account during our normal business hours by coming in person to fill out the necessary paperwork to be faxed to you by calling 407-971-5535.  Please note we require 24 hour notice and do not turn water on Saturday or Sunday.  Forms associated with establishing utility services can be accessed here.

Disconnect Service
If you need to have service disconnected you may either come in or call us at 407-971-5535 during business hours.  You can also print out the form here and fax it in to us.  Please note that all requests for service disconnection must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date. We do not disconnect on Saturday or Sunday.

Disruption in Water Service
If you are experiencing a distruption in water service between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., please call 407-971-5692.  If the distruption is after 3:30 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m., please call 407-971-5675.
