The City’s Code of Ordinances provide for Utility rates, charges and fees to be set by resolution of the City Council. On June 6, 2011, the City Council adopted Resolution 2352-11, restating existing City Utility rates, charges and fees; providing for corrective action of a scrivener's error made in Resolution No. 2218-10; amending service connection and disconnection charges; fees for water restriction violations; establishing a minimum of deposit and overpayment refunds.
