The Adminsitrative Services Division is managed by Commander Ron Jacobs. Commander Jacobs began his law enforcement career in October, 1972 with the Orlando Police Department. After a twenty-five year career there, he was hired by the Oviedo Police Department in January, 1998 as the training lieutenant. As the training lieutenant, Commander Jacobs coordinated the efforts of the Department in becoming State Accredited. Commander Jacobs has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master of Science Degree in Management from Rollins College, and is a graduate of the 204th session of the FBI National Academy. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Oviedo.
