The LEED green building rating system was developed and is administered by the U.S. Green Building Council, a Washington, D.C. based, nonprofit coalition of building industry leaders. The program is designed to promote design and construction practices that increase profitability while reducing the negative environmental impacts of buildings and improving occupant health and well-being.

* 19 offices/workspaces
* Conference/meeting space
* Break room
* All associated site work (parking, driveway, stormwater improvements, etc.)

The building was designed by Vickrey Ovresat & Awsumb Architects (VOA) and was constructed by Johnson Laux Construction Company who completed the project in June of 2009.
