The Aulin Avenue Stormwater project was developed to eliminate flooding and pavement deterioration on Aulin Avenue South and its contributing streets. This project consists of curbing and guttering the majority of the southern section of Aulin Avenue, south of Clark Street. Additionally, pavement milling and replacement, installing storm inlets, manholes stormwater ponds and outfalls will be included in the design. This project includes engineering, hydraulic, structural design, permitting, survey and geotechnical services.
Project design is currently underway. Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) has been contracted to perform final engineering and design for the project and Engineering staff are now reviewing 90% plans.
Bidding and construction are anticipated for later this year.
