Big Oaks and Twin Rivers Phase I Development
Reclaimed Water Distribution System Retrofits
This project consists of the construction of approximately 8,700 linear feet of combination 10-inch and 4-inch diameter reclaimed water main within the Big Oaks and Twin Rivers Phase I Developments. Approximately 1,800 linear feet of 10-inch PVC pipe and 6,900 linear feet of 4-inch PVC pipe will be installed within the roadway. Service taps and meters, manual blow off, pavement removal and replacement, and maintenance of traffic are all included within the scope of this project.
The project was originally designed in 2009 but was put on hold due to the delay in the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan program. Now that the SRF Construction Loan has been approved, the project is ready to move forward and the Engineer of Record, Tetra Tech has updated the plans. The project is currently in the bidding phase.
