Commander Dale Coleman started his career with the Oviedo Police Department in 1986. He has served as a Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Investigative Sergeant, Investigative Lieutenant and Internal Affairs. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Saint Leo University and is a graduate of The Southern Police Institute, Command Officers Development Course at the University of Louisville.
