All poolside birthday parties at held in the Splash Zone Pool at the Aquatic Facility.  Click here for a picture of the Splash Zone.  We offer a variety of packages you can choose from.  The birthday child MUST be turning at least 4 years old to reserve a birthday party package.  All birthday parties are not private rentals therefore there will be more than one party at the same time.  You are welcome to bring your own food or have your party catered through our concession stand.

Party Information:

• Birthday Child must be turning AT LEAST 4 years old
• Entire party is outdoors
• NO REFUNDS due to inclement weather; party can be rescheduled  within one year
• $50 deposit due IN PERSON within 10 days of booking your party
• Party space is limited, reservations taken on a first come, first serve basis
• Due to HRS standards, anyone going onto the pool deck is considered a guest regardless if they are swimming
• Outside food and drink is allowed during parties hours; pizza is highly suggested
• Please be sure to bring the following items as they will not be provided:
•           food & drink
•           plates, napkins, cups, silverware
•           cake, candles and matches
•           camera
• Anyone wishing to ride the Blue Slide in Splash Zone MUST be at least 48 inches tall without shoes
• All pool rules and regulations still apply
• Birthday Parties are not private rentals; there will be more than one party at the same time
• Parties for children turning 16 years and older must provide a police officer for the entire length of the party

How to book a party:

• Call Taylor at 407-971-5567 to reserve your party date
• Please have several dates in mind in case your date is already full
• Residency will be checked at reservation time
• Deposits must be made IN PERSON within 10 days of booking your date
• Deposit is $50
• Each Family must have a Household in RecTrac (Recreation’s computer software) prior to paying for deposit
• RecTrac Household Forms are located at either of our facilities or on our website under Recreation and Parks:  http://www.cityofoviedo.net/index.php?q=node/1022
• Remaining party payment is due at the party

Planning for your party:

• A guest is anyone stepping onto the pool deck even if they do not plan to swim; this includes all family members attending party
• Reserve your party on the larger side - remember to plan for any parents wishing to attend the party
• You may arrive at 6pm in order to set-up for your party - guests will be allowed in at 6:30pm
• Pizza is recommended for all parties - all local pizza companies will deliver to the Aquatic Facility
• All parties must be cleaned up and off the pool deck at 9pm  (11:30am for AM parties)
