The Oviedo Police Department now offers FREE Child Identification Cards - one free set per child -with photograph, full set of fingerprints (digital), two (2) wallet size ID cards and full printout of information.  Parents keep the only record; it is not saved or stored anywhere else.  The service is available every Wednesday from 2 PM until 4 PM (holidays excluded) at the C.O.P.S. & Volunteer Center at Oviedo Marketplace for both Oviedo residents and non-residents.
